Aetnawood (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides watchfaces and related digital assets for Wear OS devices. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in our products.
Information we access
Our watchfaces can access certain on-device data to display metrics to you, including:
- Heart rate (BPM)
- Step count and activity data
- Battery level
- Weather data (via your selected weather provider)
- Sunrise / sunset information (from system services)
- Custom complications you choose to display
No personal data collection
We do not collect, transmit or sell your personal data. All processing happens locally on your watch. Specifically, we do not:
- Send watchface data to our servers
- Use analytics or tracking inside our watchfaces
- Share data with advertisers or third parties
Third-party providers
Weather and other complication data are provided by the services you choose on your watch (for example Samsung Weather, Google Weather, or other providers). Those services have their own privacy policies and terms. We only display the data provided to us by the system.
Support requests
If you contact us for support (for example via our support form or email), we will receive the information you choose to share (such as your email address, watch model and screenshots). We use this only to respond to your request and improve our products.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we may also highlight them on this website.
Support requests & marketing emails
When you contact us for support (for example via the support form on this website), we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, watch model, issue type and message. We use this information only to:
- Respond to your support request
- Diagnose bugs and improve our products
The support form is currently powered by Formspree, a third-party form processing service that securely forwards your message to our email inbox.
The form also includes an optional checkbox allowing you to opt in to receive marketing communications from Aetnawood (for example, news about new watchfaces, updates and special offers). We will only send you marketing emails if you give us your explicit consent by ticking this box, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in those emails or by contacting us directly.

Email Marketing Policy
We may occasionally send marketing emails about new Aetnawood watchfaces, updates, promotions, or company news. We will only send you marketing communications if you have explicitly opted in by ticking the marketing checkbox on our support form or by subscribing through another official Aetnawood channel.
When you opt in, we will store the email address you provided solely for the purpose of sending marketing content. We do not share, sell, or distribute subscriber email addresses with any third parties.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in every marketing email or by contacting us directly at aetnawood@gmail.com. Once you unsubscribe, we will remove your email from our marketing list.
Choosing whether or not to receive marketing emails does not affect your ability to receive support from us. We will still respond to support inquiries regardless of your marketing email preferences.
